Our kitchen is one of Portland's best kept secrets. Executive Chef Paul Dube and his team carefully craft delicious entrees that leave Members satisfied and wanting more. Whether our Members and their guests are joining us for regular dining, a nine-course wine pairing dinner, or a tasting menu paired with a Vodka class our kitchen continues to offer Members some of the best service and food out there.

Wholesale wine is also available to Members. Our Food & Beverage Director oversees the program, offering Members access to wine catalogs from distributors all over the Pacific Northwest, and at the wholesale price. Complimentary wine tastings are offered weekly as well as monthly wine pairing dinners, featuring wines from all over the world.
