Gruyère and Swiss Emmentaler cheeses and a French bread crouton.


CLASSIC UC CAESAR 

Hearts of romaine, freshly grated Parmesan and seasoned croutons, tossed with our housemade caesar dressing. 


TOSSED FIELD GREENS

Fresh baby greens with choice of  Balsamic Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese,  Dijon Vinaigrette, Ranch, or  Thousand Island dressing.

Beer battered cod, UC tartar sauce, lettuce, housemade slider bun.


CORNED BEEF SLIDER

Housemade corned beef, 1000 island, Swiss cheese.


STEAK BITES

Pan seared beef cubes, rosemary, garlic, house steak sauce.


GRILLED CHEESE

Tillamook® white cheddar, spinach, tomato jam.

Club Classics


GRILLED BEEF TENDERLOIN

Yukon gold whipped potatoes, pinot noir demi-glace.


AIRLINE CHICKEN BREAST

Vegetable ragout, crispy potatoes.


UC STEAK SANDWICH 

Piedmontese cullote steak, toast, handcut fries, demi glace.


FISH AND CHIPS

Beer batter fried Pacific cod with coleslaw, UC tartar sauce and hand-cut russet fries.


GRILLED PIEDMONTESE CHOPPED SIRLOIN 

Caramelized onions and Rogue blue cheese. Served with your choice of side.


MEATLOAF

Mashed potatoes, fresh vegetables and mushroom demi-glace.


PIEDMONTESE BACON BURGER 

Hand formed lean beef patty, Tillamook® cheddar, housemade bread and butter pickles, house cured bacon, lettuce, tomato, aioli and housemade ketchup.

GARDEN BURGER OPTION


HOUSEMADE CORNED BEEF

House cured brisket, grilled rye bread, sauerkraut, Thousand Island, Swiss cheese.

Classic Concoctions


UC Sidecar

The mellow side of the martini: Built with brandy, triple sec, lemon juice. Hand shaken and strained into a sugar rimmed martini glass.

Negroni
Gin, campari, sweet vermouth and soda, shaken and served in a martini glass.

UC Chambord Cosmo
Vodka, triple sec, and chambord, served in a martini glass. 

UC Classic Martini
Vodka or gin garnished with and olive or lemon twist, served up.

UC Unique Manhattan
Only found at the University Club. A Manhattan built with our very own orange-infused bourbon, sweet vermouth, a dash of bitters, well shaken and served very cold in a martini glass.

Rusty Nail
Scotch over ice with a splash of Drambuie.
