Dinner

Dinner is served M-F from 6:00 to 9:00 pm in the Main Dining Room and the Members' Grille. Dinner is not served on weekends. Click here for a complete listing of Club hours of operation. Dining Reservations

Starters

Crab Salad
Dungeness crab, avocado, tomato, and scallion tossed with creamy lemon-cilantro dressing and served with grilled baguette.

Crispy Lamb Croquettes
Niman Ranch lamb with oregano aioli, warm olives, and Manchego cheese.

Housemade Country Pate
With housemade pickle relish, mustard, and sourdough crostini.

 

Salads

Add the following to any salad: Chicken, Oregon Bay Shrimp, or Crab

Tossed Field Green Salad
Fresh baby greens with choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Dijon Vinaigrette, Ranch, or Thousand Island dressing.

Baby Spinach Salad
With mango-green tea vinaigrette, toasted cashews, and Oregon bay shrimp.

Classic UC Caesar
Hearts of romaine with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and housemade croutons tossed to order with traditional ingredients.

Romaine Salad
Romaine lettuce with fresh mozzarella, salami, and pepperoncini, tossed with oregano infused olive oil and aged red wine vinegar.

 

Main Course


Sudan Farms Chicken
Roasted and served with peperonata rice and grilled asparagus.

Crispy Seared Alaskan Halibut
With local spinach, sauteed cherry tomatoes with capers and anchovy and pine nut cracker.

Pan Roasted Duck Breast
Sauteed local mushrooms with ginger and garlic, housemade duck sausage, and thyme roasted carrots.

Grilled Pork Coppa Steak
Hazelnut fed Washington pork with braised collards, pommes anna and sweet corn.

Piedmontese Bavette Steak
Grilled and served with spicy tomatoes and garlic, homemade oregano fettucine and grilled summer squash.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin
Harris Ranch natural angus beef with whipped potatoes and pinot noir demi-glace.
