Served M-F from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm in the Main Dining Room and the Members' Grille. If the Main Dining Room is being used for a function, lunch will be served in the Jefferson Room.

UC Classic French Onion Soup
With Gruyère and Swiss Emmentaler cheese and a French bread crouton. Served in a cup or crock.

Ask your server for details on today’s housemade selection. Served in a cup or plate.


Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with Parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons, and housemade Caesar dressing. Add: Chicken, Shrimp, Crab, or Seared Ahi

Asian Chicken Salad Heart Healthy!
Marinated chicken tossed with mixed greens, carrots, peanuts, bell pepper, cilantro, green onions, and ginger-sesame vinaigrette.

Traditional UC Chop Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, bacon, red onion, blue cheese, herbed chicken, and Dijon vinaigrette.

Baby Spinach Salad Heart Healthy!
Fresh baby spinach leaves with goat cheese, strawberries, avocado, walnuts, and honey balsamic vinaigrette.

Tossed Lunch Salad
With choice of Balsamic Vinaigrette, Blue Cheese, Dijon Vinaigrette, Ranch, or Thousand Island dressing.

Fruit & Granola Plate Heart Healthy!
With housemade oat and nut granola, fresh fruit, and choice of cottage cheese or low-fat vanilla yogurt.


Sandwich Selections

All sandwiches come on in-house freshly baked breads. Served with your choice of fresh fruit, hand-cut fries, coleslaw, potato salad or cottage cheese (regular or low fat).

Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato

With fresh sliced turkey, ham, house-cured bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise stacked on two or three slices of toasted housemade sourdough, white, wheat, or rye.

Tuna Salad Sandwich
Oregon albacore tuna salad with lettuce and tomato on a choice of housemade white, wheat, or rye.

Deli Sandwiches
Your choice of sliced turkey, roast beef, or shaved ham. Served with Tillamook® Cheddar, provolone, or Swiss cheese with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on choice of housemade bread.

Braised Pork
Hazelnut fed local pork, slow braised, sliced, and served with fresh peach relish, basmati rice, and smoked chili gravy.


Grilled Chicken Breast Heart Healthy!
WIth grilled summer vegetable-orzo salad, roasted cherry tomatoes, and shaved Manchego cheese.

Pan Seared Sea Scallops
With arugula-walnut pesto, fresh tagliolini pasta, and oyster mushrooms.

Grilled Piedmontese Chopped Sirloin
With caramelized onions and Rogue blue cheese. Served with your choice of seasonal fresh fruit, hand-cut russet fries, coleslaw, potato salad, cottage cheese (regular or low-fat), or green salad.

Hand formed lean beef patty with Tillamoook® Cheddar, housemade bread and butter pickles, house-cured bacon, lettuce, tomato, aioli, and housemade ketchup.
