Tossed in dijon vinaigrette with tomato and cucumber.

Add $2.00 per person for one of the following:

White balsamic vinaigrette, carrot, tomato, cucumber and toasted hazelnuts.

Northwest Salad
Baby greens, toasted hazelnuts, apples, crumbled blue cheese, citrus vinaigrette.


Caesar Salad
With Parmesan crisp. A Club tradition.

UC Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce with scallions, tomato, blue cheese and bacon crumbles, tossed with Dijon vinaigrette.

Slow-roasted Prime Rib of Beef
(Each rib feeds 15-18 people, must order whole rib.)
Rubbed with kosher salt, coarse black pepper, juniper and garlic. Served with au jus and horseradish. $36

Grilled 10 oz New York Steak
Handcut, served with caramelized shallot demi-glace. $37

Grilled Beef Tenderloin
7 oz. filet mignon cut served with cabernet demi-glace. $39
