Homemade Soup du Jour

Mixed Greens
Tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with sliced tomato and cucumber.

Add $2.00 per person for one of the following:

Mesclun Greens
With white balsamic vinaigrette, carrots, tomato, cucumber and toasted sunflower seeds.

Caesar Salad
With Parmesan crisp. A Club tradition.

UC Salad
Crisp iceberg lettuce with scallions, blue cheese and prosciutto bits, tossed with Dijon vinaigrette.


Dinner Entrées

Includes starter, rolls and butter, dessert, and coffee, decaf, or hot tea.

Slow-roasted Prime Rib of Beef
(10 or more people only)
Rubbed with kosher salt, coarse black pepper, juniper and garlic. Served with au jus and horseradish. $32

Grilled 10 oz New York Steak
With caramelized shallot demi-glace. $35

Grilled Beef Tenderloin
7 oz. filet mignon cut served with cabernet demi-glace. $37

Filet Mignon and Troll King Salmon
Served with baby red potatoes and veal glace. $39

Seared Fillet of Wild Salmon
Pan-seared and served with creamy herb orzo and pine nut gremolata. $34

Broiled Fillet of Sole
With wild rice pilaf, beurre rouge, and fresh vegetables. $32

Sautéed Gulf Prawns
With saffron rice, fennel-tomato broth, and fresh steamed vegetables. $32

Grilled Chicken Breast
Marinated with garlic and oregano and served over penne carbonara. $31

Grilled Chicken Breast
Marinated with parsley and garlic, served with crushed red potatoes, and roasted chicken glace. $31

Smoked Pork Loin
Roasted and sliced, served with rice and hunter sauce. $32

Pork Schnitzel
Lightly breaded pork loin with horseradish whipped potatoes and mushroom sauce. $32

Roasted Lamb Loin
With Yukon gold potatoes and Syrah syrup. $34

Juniper Marinated Venison Chop
With roasted Yukon gold potatoes and Syrah syrup. $34

Seared Duck Breast
With roasted fingerling potatoes and Mt. Adams huckleberry sauce. $32
