With romaine lettuce, roma tomatoes, feta, pepperoncini, kalamata olives and oregano vinaigrette.

Grilled Bavette

On flatbread with white bean puree and sun dried tomato chutney.

Slow Braised Pork
Served over French bread with smoky ancho gravy and maryhill peach relish.

Halibut Soft Tacos
With shredded cabbage, avocado sour cream, lime and roasted poblano salsa.

Stir Fried Summer Vegetables
With crispy rice noodles and chili-ginger sauce.

With tahini served with tomato-parsley relish, and summer squash noodles.
