Welcome to the University Club of Portland!
In continuous operation in the Rose City since 1898, we are a premier downtown social club affiliated with similar clubs throughout the United States and many foreign countries. Our fine Clubhouse, completed in 1913, is arguably the finest example of Jacobean revival architecture in Oregon and is listed on the National Registry of Historic Structures.
As you explore our website, you will discover that the University Club has a diverse and active Membership that enjoys the opportunity to socialize together in a wide variety of Club activities. Whether it be the Club's excellent lending library and book club; a card game; first rate cuisine and wine selections, or service to the University Club Foundation, Members at the UC have numerous opportunities to join "clubs within the Club" in order to share mutual interests.
