Reciprocal Clubs

How to Use Reciprocal Clubs

The Club has reciprocal affiliations with over 150 private clubs throughout the world, from Seattle to NYC to London to Bangkok. Whether you are traveling for business or pleasure, these clubs are a wonderful resource, and many offer overnight accommodations. So plan a party in DC or vacation in the lap of luxury at London's Brocket Hall Golf Club. All you need to do is follow these easy steps:

1. Call the Reciprocal Club and make your reservation

2. Call or email our Reciprocal Club Coordinator

3. Check in at the Reciprocal Club's Front Desk

CALL THE RECIPROCAL CLUB to make your reservation. When you call, inform the person who takes the reservation that your club will be faxing them to verify your membership in good standing. The UC has a list of clubs with their phone numbers that is updated quarterly. Call or email the Club if you would like a copy sent to you.

CALL THE UC and speak to our UC Reciprocal Clubs Coordinator at 503.223.6237. Tell her the name of the Club you plan to visit, the date you are going whether the reservation is for an overnight stay, lunch/dinner, or a private function, and whether or not you will be bringing guests. This step is VERY IMPORTANT. Your reservation with the reciprocal club will not be valid until the UC confirms you are a member in good standing.

CHECK IN at the reciprocal club's front desk. Present your UC membership card. PAYMENT: All expenses and charges at the host club must be settled directly with the club; no exceptions. Payment options vary; please contact the host club directly for more information.
